These general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”) aim to provide the legal framework for the availability of the site and services by Global Music Community and to define the terms of access and use of services by “the User”. These T&Cs are accessible on the site under the “T&C” section.
Any registration or use of the site implies the acceptance without any reservation or restriction of these T&Cs by the user. When registering on the site via the Registration Form, each user expressly accepts these T&Cs by checking the box preceding the following text: “I acknowledge that I have read and understood the T&Cs and I accept them”. In the event of non-acceptance of the T&Cs stipulated in this contract, the User must renounce access to the services offered by the site. mngrs.ai reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these T&Cs at any time.
ARTICLE 1: Legal Notice

ARTICLE 2: Access to the Site
The mngrs.ai site provides the User with free access to the following services: The website offers the following services: Artist support and management The site is freely accessible anywhere to any User with internet access. All costs borne by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, internet connection, etc.) are the User’s responsibility.
Non-member Users do not have access to reserved services. To do so, they must register by completing the form. By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the member User undertails to provide sincere and accurate information about their civil status and contact details, in particular their email address.
To access the services, the User must then log in using their username and password, which will be communicated to them after their registration.
Any regularly registered member User can also request to unsubscribe by going to the dedicated page in their personal space. This will be effective within a reasonable time.
Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in case of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of mngrs.ai. In such cases, the User therefore agrees not to hold the publisher accountable for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.
The User has the option of contacting the site by email at the publisher’s email address communicated in ARTICLE 1.
ARTICLE 3: Data Collection
The site ensures the User a collection and processing of personal information in respect of privacy in accordance with law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms. The site complies with GDPR standards.
Under the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the User has a right of access, rectification, deletion, and opposition to his personal data. The User exercises this right:

ARTICLE 4: Intellectual Property
The trademarks, logos, signs as well as all content of the site (text, images, sound…) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and more specifically by copyright.
The User must request the site’s prior authorization for any reproduction, publication, copy of the various contents. They commit to using the contents of the site in a strictly private setting, any use for commercial and advertising purposes is strictly prohibited.
Any total or partial representation of this site by any process whatsoever, without the express authorization of the operator of the Internet site, would constitute an infringement punished by article L 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
It is recalled in accordance with article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code that the User who reproduces, copies, or publishes the protected content must cite the author and its source
ARTICLE 5: Liability
The sources of information disseminated on the mngrs.ai site are deemed reliable, but the site does not guarantee that it is free of defects, errors, or omissions.
The information provided is indicative and general without contractual value. Despite regular updates, the mngrs.ai site cannot be held responsible for changes in administrative and legal provisions occurring after publication. Likewise, the site cannot be held responsible for the use and interpretation of the information contained on this site.
The User ensures to keep their password secret. Any disclosure of the password, in any form, is prohibited. They assume the risks related to the use of their username and password. The site declines all responsibility.
The mngrs.ai site cannot be held responsible for any potential viruses that could infect the User’s computer or any computer equipment, following the use, access, or downloading from this site.
The site’s responsibility cannot be engaged in case of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.
ARTICLE 6: Hypertext Links
Hypertext links may be present on the site. The User is informed that by clicking on these links, they will leave the mngrs.ai site. The latter has no control over the web pages on which these links end and cannot, under any circumstances, be responsible for their content.
ARTICLE 7: Cookies
User is informed that during their visits to the site, a cookie may be automatically installed on their browsing software.
Cookies are small files temporarily stored on the User’s computer hard drive by your browser and are necessary for the use of the mngrs.ai site. ARTICLE 8: Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
French legislation applies to this contract. In the event of a failure to resolve a dispute arising between the parties, only French courts will be competent to know it.
